Campus Communications Assessment
Campus communication projects require more than a quick visit. Before quoting a school bell modernization, PA system, SIP paging system, or emergency communication upgrade, we may need to inspect existing wiring, telecom cabinets, bell circuits, paging zones, network availability, and future expansion needs.
The Campus Communications Assessment starts at $750 and is designed for schools, churches, campuses, and multi-building facilities.
This assessment may include:
- On-site campus survey
- Existing bell system review
- Existing PA or speaker system review
- Telecom cabinet inspection
- Wiring and zone evaluation
- Network availability review
- Preliminary system design recommendations
- Budget estimate for next steps
If the project is awarded, the Campus Communications Assessment fee can be credited toward the approved project.

Virtual Consultation — $150
A 30-minute video consultation for basic IoT, Wi-Fi, smart device, networking, or workspace questions.
Standard On-Site Assessment — $300
For homes, small offices, Wi-Fi issues, smart plug setups, basic network testing, or workspace planning. If you go forward with the work, the $300 can be credited toward your project.
Campus Communications Assessment — Starting at $750
For school bell systems, PA systems, SIP paging, multi-zone campus paging, emergency notification planning, and larger multi-building communication projects.
