Do I need administrator access to my website?
For deployment to an existing website, website access or coordination with the person or company that manages the website is required. If you do not personally have access, IoT can coordinate with your developer or agency and can assist with access recovery when needed.
Can the AI be configured while website access is being resolved?
Yes. AI configuration can continue while website access is being established so the project can keep moving forward.
What happens if I exceed my conversation allowance?
Standard non-enterprise plans use an overage rate of $50 per additional 500 conversations.
Does IoT store my credit card information?
No. One-time setup or launch payments are processed securely through Fygaro. Monthly managed service billing is established separately during onboarding. The managed AI system tracks service and billing status but does not store card information.
Can IoT build the website too?
Yes. The Website + AI plans are designed for businesses that need a new website and managed AI delivered as one coordinated project.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. As your usage or business requirements grow, your managed service can be reviewed for a higher plan or enterprise solution.
